Dear Parents,
The Alabama Department of Public Health has issued a new Immunization requirement for the 2010-2011 school year. ALL incoming 6th grade students MUST have an updated Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccine before they will be allowed to enter school in the fall of 2010.
The school must be provided with a new updated Immunization Card (Blue Card) before they can enter school August 9th of 2010. This may be obtained from the student's physician or the Health Department.
